About Nicholas

My experience with Egely Wheel
Day One Success
On my first day with the Egely Wheel, it took me a while to really get the hang of using it. There are various methods to spin the wheel with your will, and it took me a few hours to master it. Once I figured out the technique and environment that worked best for me, I was able to max out the meter at 400% VQ—an achievement I’m very proud of. Using the Egely Wheel can make you feel determined, accomplished, and powerful as you learn to harness your energy.
A Bonding Exercise
I let my girlfriend play around with the Egely Wheel. We have a crystal collection, so she decided to use one of her rose quartz crystals to see if it influenced her VQ rating. Sit or lie down in a quiet space, and stare at your Egely Wheel while focusing your intent on spinning it. Stay relaxed and comfortable as you concentrate on your goal, watching the wheel begin to spin.
Point Method
Sit or lie down in front of your Egely Wheel in a quiet and comfortable space, and point a finger at it. Visualize your energy moving from your finger into the meter. Remain relaxed and watch the wheel carefully as you focus your intent on making it spin faster.
V Method
My Personal Favorite. Sit or lie down in a comfortable and quiet space in front of your Egely Wheel. Hold your hands in front of you in a V shape. Slowly tilt your hands toward the meter and then back toward you. Focus your intent not on spinning the meter faster but on causing the wheel to lose balance at a faster rate. When the wheel loses balance, it dips down and back up, often resulting in the wheel picking up speed. This method has been the most effective for me personally.
