Spiritual Maker Affiliate Agreement

Welcome to your Spiritual Maker Affiliate Agreement at Spiritualmaker.com website! We hope to make this easy to read and digestible for you. By signing up to become an official Spiritual Maker Affiliate you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

After you have signed up for the Affiliate, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate URL tracking code which you can find on the Affiliate Area section. You are permitted to place this URL inside any banners or other graphics that we provide for you.

In order to qualify as a Spiritual Maker, you need to create the Egely Wheel product demonstration materials, which we use to create your Spiritual Maker Profile page as it operates as your Affiliate Landing Page and Affiliate URL link. These can be among other things videos, photos, descriptions and testimonials.

You may also place your Affiliate URL on your own personal website, facebook page, social media, or in other communications. If you wish to use your own marketing graphics or change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, these changes must be submitted to our team for approval.

You agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The term of this Agreement begins the moment you sign up for the Spiritual Maker Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either party.
• Without Qualification You will be paid a Percentage Comission (20% for each product) of the net income of every sales made via your affiliate links.
• With Qualification You will be paid a Flat Rate Comission (Vitality Indicator: 30 USD, Vitality Meter: 80 USD, Vitality Pack: 100 USD) of the net income of every sales made via your affiliate links.
• You are eligible for payout once your pre-taxed accrued revenue balance reaches $500 (for example: 5 Vitality Packs sold). If you do not make over $500 in a given month, we will roll the balance over to the next month until the minimum threshold is met.
• You can only be paid by sending us an invoice. We are unable to pay you without an accounting document. After we receive a valid invoice, we will deposit the money you have made directly through your PayPal account or via Stripe. You can keep track of your commission in your Affiliate Area dashboard.
• Completed Transaction means the products of the Aimslab Ltd. ordered by a Customer have been delivered, the return period has expired, and/or 45 days has elapsed since the products were paid for in full.
• It takes a total of 45 days for the commission to be approved for payout. The reason why it takes so long is because we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to our customers after the product has been sold, and delivery also may take longer as usual.
• Our standard payout period is Net 15. At the end of each calendar month, there is a check to see if your approved commissions since your last payout is $500 or more. If it is, a payment will be scheduled 15 days after the end of that month for the current account balance. For example, if you have approved commissions in the month of April that exceed the minimum threshold of $500 USD, we will begin processing around May 15th.
• Any purchases that are cancelled and/or refunded will not be paid to the affiliate.
• Customers may use coupons to complete their purchases using the affiliate’s link, which will reduce the net income, therefore reducing the amount payable to the affiliate.
• Payments are made only via PayPal or Stripe.
• The transaction fee is 5% of the commission.
• This agreement can be terminated for any reason, at any time, by either Aimslab Ltd. or the affiliate, with notice given via email. Any amount due to the affiliate will be paid according to the normal payment schedule.
• Aimslab Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an attempted purchase by any person, in the Aimslab Ltd’s sole and absolute discretion. You shall have no claim to any Fee based on the Aimslab Ltd.’s decision to not complete transaction with any person who accesses the Spiritualmaker.com through a Link on the Affiliate Site.
• You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Aimslab Ltd. will provide accurate reporting and tracking. The tracking and reporting may be viewed by logging into your Affiliate Area. Accurate tracking is dependent upon properly integrating your Affiliate Links into your web pages, emails, or newsletters without alteration. If these links are not properly integrated, they may result in inaccurate tracking and a loss of commissions.
• Affiliate link-related purchases are tracked using cookies. The cookies expire after 30 days, therefore, for purchases to be credited to an affiliate, the customer must complete a purchase within 30 days of visiting the affiliate’s web site.
• We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and program rules.
• We are HIGHLY against the use of SPAM. By entering into an agreement with Aimslab Ltd., you agree not to send unsolicited emails, commercial mail to any persons who have not agreed to receive mail from you and your partners. You shall always include an easy method for people to Opt-Out of receiving communication from you and your company.
• You agree that you will NOT create a duplicate or an impression of our Egely products which include emails, videos, online e-courses, mp3 downloads, and PDF documents. These are all copyrighted materials owned by Aimslab Ltd. If we find you are breaking copyright agreement your account is subject to instant termination.

In no event will Aimslab Ltd. be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or indirect costs or damages including but not limited to the loss of profits or business opportunity, even if we had been advised of such possibility.

In no event shall the liability of Aimslab Ltd. arising out of or in connection with this agreement exceed the fees paid to you by Aimslab Ltd. This limitation applies to any liability arising from any cause of action whatsoever in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such costs or damages.
